Refunds Policy

SIZING TAG NOTICE

Please note some of our items may have an Asian Sizing Tag on the inside of the apparel, please do not be alarmed as our sizes are already converted to US/EU/AUS sizing which is usually 2x bigger than Asian sizes.

For your reference:
US SMALL = ASIAN XXS
US MEDIUM = ASIAN  XS

Please remember that the size tag is not as relevant as the actual fit.

REFUNDS

 

 

We offer a 30-days flexible returns policy.

Once you have received your order, you are welcome to return any item for exchange or refund. 

Please contact email hello@otakuform.com so that we can can issue a Returns Authorization ID before you send any item(s) back to us. Returns Authorization ID is important as it helps to quickly identify your parcel to avoid any delays to your refund.

 

 

You will be refunded within 1-2 days of once your parcel has been inspected and reviewed. You will be issued a refund in your original payment method.

 

 

There are no restocking fees or other charges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days.

 

 


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If did not received a refund after your parcel has been returned, please contact us by email at hello@otakuform.com and we will make sure resolve your return immediately. 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@otakuform.com 


SHIPPING INFORMATION

To return your product, ensure you have a Returns Authorization IDYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

 


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
