Which types of payments do you accept?
Otakuform Inc accept uses two processors for our customer’s convenience. We take payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex via Stripe Payments (Secure Processor) and PayPal*. Please note you do not need a PayPal Account to use this processor. You can choose to pay by any option at your convenience.
We do not accept any other forms of payment other than those listed above. All sensitive information sent between your computer and PayPal systems are automatically encrypted using the highest level of SSL security - ensuring your information is kept private.
Otakuform Inc is proud to say we offer shipping worldwide; excluding North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, Wallis and Futuna.
What is your order processing time?
All orders are processed and shipped within 365 business days of the placement of your order unless otherwise stated.
When is the tracking information available?
Tracking information will be supplied to you after your order has been shipped to you. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to display.
What is our order tracking system?
Tracking Information will be sent to you for each package that are shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can see and follow your parcel's journey - alternatively you can check HERE
Why is my items shipped in Multiple Packages?
Some items may be ready before others so we always would like to ship our items to your with priority. We also may ship separately to maintain so that we are able to declare a low cost customs declaration. This helps to mitigate taxes and duties in your local country – however taxes or duties charges can still arises due to the laws of your local country.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
How long is your return policy?
We offer a 30-days flexible returns policy after your order is received. For returns, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org by specifying your name and order number in the subject header. Returns must be approved.
Do you offer a return on purchases?
We have 30-days return policy. The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (i.e. mistake on the requested design or size) will provide 100% full refund. All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within 3 working days of receipt of notification. Garments must be in new condition. No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control.
